Required Sexual Harassment Training

​​​​​​In accordance with SB 1343, FEHA regulations require businesses with five or more employees to provide Sexual Harassment Prevention Training to ALL workers by Jan. 1, 2020, and every two years thereafter. SB 778 later extended this deadline to Jan. 1, 2021

Be certain to read through the information on the first page then click continue at bottom of page  →  choose language  →  click on NONSUPERVISORY.​

At the end of the training, you will have the option to utilize a certificate of completion. Using your computer/mobile device functions, you can choose to save, print, take a screenshot, or take a photo of the certificate. Once you have secured a copy of your certificate in either a jpg or pdf format, please continue to next step for proof of completion.

Important to remember: DFEH cannot email you a replacement certificate, if you fail to keep a copy or take a picture you will have to complete the training again.​​
