The MCOE ITS department will be doing emergency maintenance on our core equipment starting Friday July 1st at 1:30pm. This will cause network outages to ALL services including Internet, email and QSS financial services. For MCOE staff, phones and file access will also be down. Districts that use Internet phone services your phones will be impacted. If you use traditional phone services they will not be impacted. ITS will send out a notification when all services are up and functional. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Enjoy your 4th of July holiday!
This will affect all districts and MCOE Internet connectivity In/Out of MCOE, webmail, website, and remote access to the financial system or the network. Mobile phones will not be able to connect to the Exchange server. Services will be restored by Tuesday, 7/5/2022.
